A little about me: Monica Marino:

I was born in Bogota, Colombia and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. I am bilingual and eager to spread love and light everywhere I go. Straight out of college, intrigued to figure out how to create the most abundant and beautiful life for myself, I visited San Diego, fell in love and found my next city.
I have now been here for 1 year and a half and WHAT AN ADVENTURE! 

The people, the food, the views, the VIBES. I just cant get enough!

I created this platform, Sustain Intentional, to connect and bring together a community of sustainable beings. By consuming less, and wasting less, we can take small actions to create a big difference. Together we can learn how to be more environmentally aware.
Have you ever wondered how you can be sustainable in your everyday activities?

Be Intentional:

- pick up trash when walking around town

- reduce water consumption: be mindful when brushing teeth, showering and hand washing 

- reduce power consumption: TURN YOUR LIGHTS OFF please, unplug unused devices

- avoid using plastic bags: for produce

- avoid using zip-lock bags: conserve your food in reusable containers

- use reusable water bottle

- use reusable jars

- use eco-friendly light bulbs or switch to solar energy - CA residents mus have solar by 2045

- garden: plant your own herbs and veggies; lettuce, cilantro, basil, rosemary, celery, tomatoes, carrots

- support your Local Farmers Markets

- avoid driving gas powered vehicles

- join the environmentally aware communities
